This treatment is intended for women with both localized cellulite excess and the phenomenon of noticeably heavy legs with swelling, sensations of pain and pronounced discomfort. The effects are rapidly felt: relief, reduction of swollen legs, drainage, a reduction in cellulite and orange peel skin

Mix 1 sachet of FRESH MASK in a bowl with 1 sachet of COOL GEL that are both found in the box of the FITNESS PACK  E821. After obtaining a paste, add 170 ml of cold water and mix until it forms a GEL. Apply a thick layer of the GEL over the back of the leg, moving upwards from the foot to the ankle, to the leg and up to the thigh.

Apply the GEL on the front of the leg, following the same upward movements from the foot to the ankle, to the calf and up to the thigh.

LEG BANDAGE

In stage 2,  Wrap each leg, one after the other, with the wet bandages.

Starting from the toes, wrap the foot, ankle, leg and thigh. Each passage of the bandage should overlap the previous one without leaving a strip-free area. The pressure should be stronger at the toes, and gradually release the pressure as you move upwards to the top of the thigh.

Leave it for 20 minutes. Remove the bandages and any excess gel with a hot towel.

Proceed with a 3rd lighter MASSAGE with VEIN REPAIR SERUM E826, still moving upwards from the ankle to the top of the thigh. Pay particular attention to varicose veins areas with light circular massages.
